Focus Wales was absolutely amazing! Can’t get over it. My stage ran dead smoothely. Was dead pleased with the sound of it which is a first, had some great guys working with me. 

Doppleganger were mind blowingly good! JKLMNO played a huge set too. Just unreal. Their new tune threw me a little bit and I made a bit of a cock up, but nothing to be frowned upon.

F.O.E played the set that was the highlight of my weekend. Everyone was going nuts for them! Meilir seemed to set that all off.

I want to all happen again. Caught up with loads of the guys, got fucked with Carl, Tricky and Spencer, drank loads of wrexham lager, had horrible hangovers, had the after part on the top of fat cats, chilled out with Sion Russel Jones in Daves flat made some great contacts and just overall, one great and successful weekend.

It’s the start of setting up for Wedfest tomorrow!

That’s going to be another sick weekend. I plan on not being able to see for a large part of it. Bought a stack of alcohol and other supplies fit for a painful few days. It’s going to be mint.

Yesterday couldn’t have been more of a perfect day.

Went to Manchester for pizza and moooooovie plus bumming around with Ami, made a great connection, went to chester for open mic night. I was a little bit late but it didn’t matter that much. The gig went great considering how many random instruments and bands turned up and the fact that I had fuck all time to set anything up.

Been offered more work, met some ace new people. The Telfords Warehouse staff are incredibly welcoming and just a good laugh to be around.

I could go into more detail but I need to fuck off back to wrexham to continue with the Doppelganger mix.

I am one really happy person at the moment.

Life is on the up! 

I feel a lot better these past few days. I seem to be a lot more productive and confident in myself again. Not second guessing everything and suddenly I have a load of attention flocking towards me. Feels good! Just need to nail this CV and start hunting for a bit more work. If I can get summer sorted, I will be happy!

Canada part two is definitely on now too. Had a meeting with the guys today and we’re all excited about it. Crazy to think it was just over a week since we came back and plans are already in action for the next trip.
